Description:
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our client’s team on a subcontract basis.
Should have:
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience: Python scripting
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience: Ansible/Puppet Network Automation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- English - Upper-Intermediate
- Dutch - Upper-Intermediate+
- Location - Netherlands
Nice to have:
- Or comparative Fortigate/Palo Alto certifications
- Aruba Specialist certification
- Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional (JNCIP)
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
Responsibilities:
- Performing regular administrative tasks
- Drafting technical proposals to improve infrastructure
- Writing technical solutions based on customer requirements
- Technical management of third parties (project)
- Rolling out new network links (project)
- Solving problems in the infrastructure (troubleshooting)
- You keep a cool head in a hectic environment, and you value customer orientation
- You proactively manage the development of the network infrastructure so that the system continues to work optimally
- As a Sr Network Engineer, you are an indispensable link within projects and the management of customer environments
