Description:

We are looking for a Senior+ iOS Mobile Engineer to join our client’s team on a subcontract basis.

As a Senior iOS Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team.
The product — our massively distributed edge and cloud platform — makes it easy for businesses to develop and run applications and workloads, while we put experiences closer to users and keep threats farther away.

Should have:
Software Design:
  • Solid understanding of fundamental Computer Science concepts
  • Experience developing apps using Clean architecture principles
Software Development:
  • [HIGH] Hands-on experience developing VPN client applications using Packet Tunnel Provider and NWProtocolWebSocket
  • [HIGH] Experience with Swift 5.7, SwiftUI, CoreData, UIKit, Foundation
  • Understanding of Swift, Objective-C memory management, and writing apps with a low memory footprint
  • Strong grasp of Apple development tools (Xcode, LLDB, and Instruments)
  • Ability to rapidly mock up proposed user experiences and interactions
  • Experience with iOS app extensions
Quality Assurance:
  • Experience in writing units, integration, and UI tests
Software Deployment:
  • Experience with CI, CD systems
  • Using Fastlane to automate CI, CD pipelines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • English - Upper-Intermediate
  • Location - Ukraine

Nice to have:
  • Have a good sense of UI, UX
  • Understanding of SwiftUI view's lifecycle and data flow
  • Cryptor, Cryptor ECC, LoggerAPI, SwiftCoroutine, Swift JWT, DYPopoverView, CryptoSwift, JOSESwift, CocoaLumberjack

Responsibilities:
  • Designs and implements applications following software engineering best practices and principles
  • Responsible for maintaining the defined level of code quality on the project
  • Make required infrastructural changes for successful application deployment
  • Participate in conducting technical interviews
  • Mentor L2, L1 teammates

  • The part-time workload (up to 6 h/d) on a remote basis
