Description:

• A minimum of 5 years’ commercial experience, along with a strong portfolio
• Experience in 3DS animate and 4D construction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• English - Advanced

• Day to day modelling, texturing, lighting, animating and optimising content to support a number of different projects at any one time, using a range of software and artistic disciplines where applicable.
• Capacity to understand technical briefs and offer creative solutions
• Day to day tracking of your time through the company’s timesheet system
• Self-management of targets and delivery schedules
• Estimation of effort required to complete given tasks and re-estimation as tasks progress
• Identify potential project risks and work with Head of Production to solve problems proactively
• Contributing effectively to daily team meetings
• Support sanctioned investigation work in new technologies and new processes
• Take ownership of and work towards agreed Key Performance Indicators
• Quality Assurance at every stage of preview/delivery for projects you are responsible for
• Working to clear defined milestones within a project and of strict time constraints
• Creating visually distinct animations including 3D modelling, After Effects and character animation
• Interpreting technical drawings, DWGs and Phasing diagrams
• Creating 4D construction animations
• Creating content to support marketing and sales (print and digital)

• The full-time workload on a remote basis
